Counter Punch Youth Academy is more than just boxing! It’s a lifeline for youth who might otherwise be overlooked. We meet kids where they are, especially those drawn to conflict or disconnected from traditional support systems, and channel that energy into purpose. Through non-contact Olympic-style boxing training, mentorship, academic support, and life skills training, we help youth from all walks of life, including those impacted by the juvenile justice system, MNPS students, and neurodiverse learners, build confidence, discipline, and leadership. CPYA doesn’t just build better athletes; we build stronger futures.
Our Mission
Our mission is to address mental health, behavior, and academic challenges for underserved at-risk youth utilizing the martial art of non-contact Olympic boxing training as a transformative mentorship tool.
